Engaging People with a Cultural and Behavioural Approach to Safety
Sometimes it can appear that looking after people's safety is so hard. Often we haven't got everyone's buy-in because the attitudes, values and beliefs (Culture) of everyone in the organisation are not always aligned. Perhaps, also, we do not sell safety as well as we could. This presentation looks at some of these problems and offers some solutions that really can make a difference.
