A look at the role of the health and safety consultant and how businesses ensure that they are getting value for money. Herself a consultant for the last 5 years and, in that duration, salvaged many a client from the jaws of ignorance, Donna aims to incorporate a light hearted session with some insightful advice to organisations about the role of a H&S consultant, the expectations an organisation should have and how those expectations can be defined as well as methods to pick out the "wheat from the chaff” when it comes to selecting a consultant. Donna would like to point out she is not a fan of Powerpoint and is far more interested in audience interaction and participation – so come prepared with questions!
