
Mark Davies
Director, 7Futures LtdMark is the founder of 7Futures Ltd and has been consulting in workplace resilience, wellbeing and performance since 2000.
He is a resilience coach, an FA coach (working for several years at Leicester City FC) and also a mindfulness teacher. He is the only UK consultant to have completed the USA based Mind Fitness programme designed for the US Marines.
Formerly a CEO of J Rothschild International Assurance with responsibility for their overseas operations, Mark previously had 20 years of international financial services experience and a deep understanding of stress we all face. Some of you will know Mark from previous British Safety Council events. In the past year he has consulted for the BBC, E.ON, Skanska, Carillion, Network Rail, JCB, Alstom and the UK Army & Navy in partnership with Cranfield University School of Management.

Kevin Hard
Development Director, OCAIDKevin Hard leads the development team at RM OCAID having joined the company in 2014, bringing with him a wealth of experience in Leadership and Employee Engagement strategies.
Previously he worked in the oilfield in the Middle East and West Africa for 8 years before returning to the UK in 1987 where he set up a successful consultancy business. Clients included the IMF, Warner Brothers and GKN Worldwide. He sold the company to a major UK client in 2000 and moved on to focus on leadership coaching and mentoring.
Working closely with the National Centre for Strategic Leadership he is closely involved in research into neuroscience and the four enablers of engagement i.e. creating a work environment that helps our brains think and perform at their best and now co-leads the Task Action Group (TAG) on Sustainability and Engagement (CSR) for the Governments 'Engage for Success' Task force.
He worked closely with a leading strategic risk organisation in China from 2012 – 2014 where he delivered behavioural safety programmes in Henan province which changed work practices there for the first time and was subsequently invited back to speak to the Chinese Government at a UN Sponsored event.
Kevin has recently published an Organisational Integrated Improvement model based on Leadership, Engagement and Wellbeing (with Nigel Girling – Leader of the Governments Engage for Success Task Force) which has been referenced by many organisations including the HSL at conference and recently adopted by a major Rail organisation to underpin its Health and Wellbeing strategy.
Kevin presents on Cultural Safety®, Leadership and Engagement worldwide and has recently returned from engagements in Basel, Brussels, and the Middle East where he presented to the ASSE in Bahrain.

David Snowball
Director for Regulation, Health & Safety ExecutiveDavid Snowball was born in Belfast and joined the Health and Safety Executive in 1984 as a factory inspector after doing PhD research in geography at Leeds University. He also holds an MBA from the Open University.
He has worked for HSE in Cardiff, Hull, London, Sheffield, Leeds, Edinburgh and Liverpool.
He is currently the HSE Director for Regulation and responsible for ensuring that HSE regulatory practice is modern, effective and relevant.
