– UK manufactured Identicom device
– SIM Card and all-inclusive network usage
– In-house state of the art, EN50518 Compliant 24/7/365 ARC
– In-house customer support team
– UK based lone worker training
– Comprehensive monthly reporting
The market leading SoloProtect Identicom lone worker device is said to be the most widely used dedicated device of its kind in the United Kingdom and is used by a wide range of lone workers to reduce risks to their personal safety as they go about their daily working lives.
Identicom is described as the only lone worker device specifically designed as an identity card holder in order to be easy to wear and discreet to use. Containing mobile-phone (GSM) technology, the device enables a 24/7 link to ARC monitoring in the event a worker requires assistance.
By investing in a brand new, purpose built ARC that meets new, more stringent European Standards, SoloProtect says that it is taking lone worker protection to a whole new level. Both in terms of the quality of its infrastructure and staffing, but also with regards to the level of reporting a SoloProtect customer can tap into.
In November 2015, SoloProtect was audited and approved against BS8591 and EN50518, making Suzy Lamplugh House the first dedicated lone worker ARC in Europe to be accredited against both standards. Rest assured that when your lone workers need help, SoloProtect will be able to provide the best possible response.
