Albac Mat

 

The AlbacMat is a flexible stretcher that can be used to evacuate patients from nursing homes, residential homes and hospitals. In the event of fire or similar emergencies the AlbacMat can be used to remove immobile patients from beds, operating theatres, chairs, or from the floor. It is suitable for both horizontal and vertical evacuations.

Smokers Protective Cover

A heavy duty cover made from Nomex - designed to protect smokers clothing and their furniture, where appropriate. Used particularly by sufferers of Parkinsons and Huntingtons diseases. Large area of protection and side panels to prevent cigarettes etc. from slipping between chair and smoker.

Securely attached by snap fasteners, but quickly removed if necessary, to smother the fire. May also be used by bed patients - in exceptional circumstances.
