Portwest has introduced the new A722 glove, combining comfort, grip, impact protection and cut resistance in a breathable seamless liner.

The major TPR back-of-hand coverage and flexible impact pods are said to offer exceptional impact protection and dexterity. The reinforced thumb crotch and added impact thumb protection provide extra durability.

Designed for heavy-duty applications and workers handling sharp objects, the A722 achieves the maximum level for blade cut resistance, adhering to EN388 = 4.5.4.3.

All of Portwest's products, including its anti-impact gloves are extensively tested and certified by independent world renown testing houses.

On stand E10 at The Health & Safety Event (NEC, Birmingham, 24-26th March 2015) the company will also exhibit the A721 anti-impact grip glove for the first time.

The abrasion resistant nitrile foam coating is designed to provide exceptional grip control for water, grease and oil, making the A721 glove ideal for workers handling oily metal parts. The major TPR back-of-hand coverage and flexible impact pods are said to provide superior impact protection, cushioning and dexterity.

The weather resistant A721 is durable and flexible even at low temperatures and boasts an oil and waterproof palm. In addition, the glove features a lightweight and breathable seamless lining with Velcro strap to ensure a comfortable and secure fit all day long.

Portwest's anti impact gloves can be used in a variety of industries including scaffolding, pump maintenance, oil field maintenance, lumber industries, mining industries, sheet metal work, oil field mechanics, waste management and utilities/ service technicians.
