DuPont invites visitors to Health & Safety North to take the DuPont Tyvek 800 J splash test

A feature of the DuPont stand at Health & Safety North (stand D16) will be the opportunity for visitors to experience the breathable, Type 3 protection of its new Tyvek 800 J disposable garment for themselves.
By stepping into the purpose-built cabin, wearers of the Tyvek 800 J can have their pictures taken as they strike a pose at the same time as being splashed by a pressurized jet of water. Yet, thanks to the garment's 'Tyvek Impervious Technology', they need not fear about their clothes beneath the garment.
"The purpose of the cabin is to allow wearers to experience first-hand the reassuring protection of Tyvek 800 J, which is the first disposable garment to combine liquid tightness with breathability," explains Neil Sutherland, UK account manager at DuPont.
"What they can take away from them is not only a photo souvenir of the experience, but also the unique insight that Type 3 protection no longer needs to come at the price of comfort."
